Property Inspection Courses

The program is entirely online and can be completed at your own pace.

Once the HISA modules are completed and passed, you will receive a free 30 day subscription to InterNachi to complete four additional South African modules and, finally the InterNachi CPI Modules.

  • CPI Qualification – Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through InterNachi.
  • Inhouse Academy assistance by Hisa Academy is available.
  • Submit 1 x Practical Rental Assignment.
  • Submit 3 x Practical Home Inspection Assignments.
  • Final Theory Examination.
  • Cost: R10 000 per student, including 30 days cost-free access to the InterNachi Education Portal.
  • Qualifications:
    • Home Inspection SA Academy Certification.
    • Qualified Rental Inspector. This is included in the above.
    • CPI Qualification (Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through InterNachi).
