Property Inspection Courses
Property Inspector Course (CPI)
The program is entirely online and can be completed at your own pace.
Once the HISA modules are completed and passed, you will receive a free 30 day subscription to InterNachi to complete four additional South African modules and, finally the InterNachi CPI Modules.
- CPI Qualification – Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through InterNachi.
- Inhouse Academy assistance by Hisa Academy is available.
- Submit 1 x Practical Rental Assignment.
- Submit 3 x Practical Home Inspection Assignments.
- Final Theory Examination.
- Cost: R10 000 per student, including 30 days cost-free access to the InterNachi Education Portal.
- Qualifications:
- Home Inspection SA Academy Certification.
- Qualified Rental Inspector. This is included in the above.
- CPI Qualification (Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through InterNachi).
